Do you do custom items?Yes! We love custom orders! Send us a message on our website, or email us with your ideas at info@theheartfilledhome.com.

How long until my order ships?Because each item is different, each item's listing description will list the turnaround time. For orders with multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest turn time. Processing times do NOT include shipping times. Read more about our Processing Times on my POLICIES page.

How much is shipping?Shipping is based on USPS current rates, and the size, weight and number of items in your cart. Use the Delivery Estimate feature at checkout to preview what shipping will cost before you complete your purchase.

Do you ever sell in person?I sure do! I am at a number of events primarily in Bay County, FL throughout the year. Do you ship outside of the US?For international orders to select countries, please visit my Etsy shop. Not all items or product variations are available for international orders at this time.
